Selfcare has always been very important to me. We only have one temple to worship and that is our bodies. Throughout my time and studies, I have learned a whole-listic approach to selfcare. From skin, soul, home and hearth they are all intricately connected to caring for ourselves. Our outside environments greatly impact our day to day lives mentally and physically.
My journey began in my early adolescent years when I began to deal with my very first health issues. I knew there was a natural way to regulate my body to help create ease, so I began wandering and discovering all the tools we can use to care for ourselves.
In the past 20 years learning, I have created services that are designed to assist, guide and educate other on the path of selfcare.
